Multilateral Agreement 350 for UN 3363 News
The multilateral agreement may now be used, because the Netherlands have signed this agreement, too.

Good that multilateral agreements exist! In the M 350 is now regulated that the provisions of ADR need not be
applied for used articles, machinery or apparatus assigned to UN Nos 3363, 3537, 3538, 3539, 3540, 3541, 3542,
3543, 3544, 3545, 3546, 3547 or 3548 when carried for repair, inspection, maintenance, disposal or recycling
provided certain conditions are fulfilled.
The multilateral agreement may now be used, because the Netherlands have signed this agreement, too. Now in
Germany and in the Netherlands and for transports to and from these both states the agreement can be used.
What ́s also a pity is that the use of the M350 is reduced to the described cases. New apparatus that needs to be
transported must be declared as dangerous goods and this exemption can ́t be used for those.
