lithium cells/batteries according to section II of the packing instructions and not restricted packages are shipped.
Here the number of packages with lithium cells/batteries according to section II of the respective packing instruction
need to be entered in the air waybill.
This approach makes sense because the person handling the cargo at the airport must know how many of the
packages bear the lithium battery mark and the number of packages that don´t need the mark because their content
is either non dangerous goods or may be shipped as not restricted.
