This is how your smartphone or tablet survives the summer heat – And what to do if it does not function properly any more
Active and still mobile, even on the beach, long bike rides and car.  How your mobile device withstands high temperatures:

If still your mobile device does not function properly, do not send the device by postal service to the manufacturer for repair!  Not even as a private person!
The device must be assessed by a qualified  knowledgeable person. Only through this a fire hazard (or danger) during transport can be annihilated.  Contact the manufacturer! He will check with you what happened to the mobile device and then advise your about further steps to take.

If you as a private person want to ship a properly functioning device with built in lithium battery, we have a step by step menu on how to proceed which you may use:

Are you a company wanting to ship lithium cells or lithium batteries or devices with such lithium cells or lithium batteries then we can provide you with checklist articles for every transport case.

Our checklist articles include in addition to the checklist for transport preparation all the latest marks and labels for each transport case and if necessary an example of the required transport documents.

The checklist article for your transport case you can find via FIND A SINGLE CHECKLIST:

Every lithium cell and every lithium battery must be manufactured according to the quality management program described in the transport regulations, including prototypes.

What this quality management program includes, you can find here:

When a lithium cell or lithium battery is sold to end users, the UN test series 38.3 must have been successfully passed.
The UN test series 38.3 includes the following:
